We're looking for a Creative Studio Assistant to work with us in Medan.
You’ll be helping with both Ivy & Palette and ARVY Studio, from organizing design files to printing, packaging, and creative production.

    For: Ivy & Palette + ARVY Studio

  • Ivy & Palette focuses on fine-art wedding stationery, watercolor design, and luxury invitations.
    ARVY Studio handles printing, packaging, and creative branding work that supports Ivy & Palette’s design vision.

  • We’re looking for a Creative Studio Assistant to work directly with Silvya at her apartment studio in Medan.
    This role combines creative, production, and organizational work.
    You’ll help with file preparation, Cricut cutting, packaging, and design organization for both Ivy & Palette and ARVY Studio.
    You’ll also assist with light branding tasks and listings.

    You don’t need to be a designer yet, but you must have a good eye for beauty and balance, and enjoy creative work.

    • Prepare and organize design files (logos, stationery, packaging).

    • Operate Cricut and assist with printing or finishing.

    • Pack and label products neatly.

    • Help manage Etsy or C-Store listings.

    • Keep studio materials and workspace tidy.

    • Join creative sessions for testing ideas or new product visuals.

    • Based in or near Medan.

    • Has a strong eye for aesthetics that fits both wedding and branding worlds.

    • Familiar with Canva or Adobe Illustrator (basic level is fine).

    • Willing to learn printing tools and production process.

    • Careful, organized, and able to follow direction precisely.

    • Understands basic English instructions.

    • Comfortable working in a small studio/home setup.

    • Bonus: experience with packaging, mockups, or small-product photography.

    • In-person position based in Medan.

    • Work about 4–6 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.

    • Monthly pay starts from Rp3.5 juta, and may increase depending on skill, growth, and consistency.

    • Includes a 2-week paid trial before full hire.
