All digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to their instant and editable nature. For printed stationery, we also do not offer refunds. However, we take great care to ensure everything is perfect — you’ll receive design confirmations and a video preview of the final pieces before we move to print and ship.

Please review all details carefully during the approval process, as Ivy & Palette is not responsible for errors approved by the client. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and understand that all sales are final.
