Veronica & Chris

For Veronica and Chris, every illustration was rooted in the places and moments that defined their celebration. Inspired by the vibrant spirit of Austin, Texas, this custom suite blends colorful wildflowers, Texas bluebonnets, and the iconic Barr Mansion into a joyful watercolor composition.

The invitation unfolds as a story. A hand painted venue illustration welcomes guests, while the details card captures the Austin skyline, Lady Bird Lake, and a playful portrait of the couple paddling across the water. Throughout the suite, subtle nods to their personalities appear, from live music and local food culture to western inspired details like the custom cowboy boot rehearsal dinner card.

The color palette draws from spring in Texas. Bright yellows, coral, peach, vivid blues, and fresh greens come together in loose, organic florals that feel effortless and full of movement. Every illustration was hand painted to create a suite that feels personal, cheerful, and unmistakably Austin.
