50% Booking Design fee of Grand Atelier Suite with Website add-on

Reserve your place in our design calendar with a 50% booking payment for the Grand Atelier Suite with Wedding Website Add-On.

This booking secures your project and allows us to begin the creative process, including concept development, custom illustration, and the creation of your bespoke wedding stationery and wedding website.

Your booking includes:
• Grand Atelier Suite
• Wedding Website Add-On
• Personalized design consultation
• Custom concept development
• Bespoke watercolor illustration
• Dedicated project timeline

The remaining 50% design balance will be invoiced prior to the start of Phase 3, before the design of your main invitation suite officially begins.
 

Please note:
• This listing is for the 50% design booking fee only.
• Printing, specialty finishes, embellishments, and shipping are quoted separately once the design direction and production specifications have been finalized.
• As every project is custom created exclusively for each couple, booking payments are non-refundable and secure your place in our design schedule.

 

Printing Production

Printing and production are quoted separately following design approval.

Your print proposal will be tailored to your final guest count, print methods, paper selections, embellishments, and production requirements.

PLEASE NOTE

Please note that printer specific production setup such as custom dielines, bleed adjustments, color calibration, packaging files, prepress preparation, and communication with third party printers are not included unless printing is handled directly through Ivy & Palette.

If you choose to print with an external printer, it is the printer’s responsibility to prepare the files according to their production specifications and machinery requirements.

Payment Schedule

1. 50% Deposit Due at Booking

Secures your project date and allows work to begin on Phase 1.

2. 50% Final Payment Due Prior to Phase 3
 

Please note that printing and production are invoiced separately once the design direction has been finalized.
