All of these packages are fully flexible,
so if you’d like to swap any items
(for example, changing the Order of Events to
a Rehearsal Dinner Card or exchanging the Welcome Signage for a Bridal Invitation),
we can easily adjust to fit your specific needs.
The Process
1. Discovery & Booking
Once you inquire, we’ll set up a conversation or email chat to understand your vision.
You’ll receive a welcome guide, quote, and once booked , a personalized questionnaire to begin the creative journey.
2. Moodboard & Concept Sketches
You’ll receive a tailored moodboard based on your theme, venue, color palette, and personal details.
From there, we sketch out layout ideas and begin illustration work.
3. Design Phase
Each piece is thoughtfully illustrated and designed from custom venue paintings to meaningful crests and cohesive stationery elements.
You’ll be involved every step of the way with digital previews and rounds of refinement.
4. Final Files or Printing
Once designs are approved, we’ll either:
Send you final high-res files for self-printing
Or manage full production and shipping for you
(if printing is added)
5. Day-of Pieces
We wrap up the suite with day-of signage, menus, place cards, and anything else you need,
ensuring everything feels cohesive, elegant, and personal from start to finish.
Payment
Once you’ve submitted the inquiry form,
We’ll prepare a custom invoice based on your selected package and any add-ons.
Your project officially begins once payment is
received in full.

Please note:
Bookings are confirmed on a first-paid, first-booked basis.
To reserve your spot in the design calendar, full payment must be completed.



Add-on Printing
Our printing service includes fine art paper, premium digital printing, optional upgrades such as letterpress or foil, custom envelopes and liners, assembly, and international shipping. Pricing depends on quantity, number of items, paper choice, and finishes. Final quotes are confirmed after the design is completed so everything aligns with your vision and guest count.
