Do you take care of the printing or mailing of the stationery?Yes! We offer a full printing service starting at $2,200 USD for 100 suites (MOQ). This includes: Save the Date / Rehearsal Dinner / Welcome Party Card Wedding Invitation RSVP Card Details Card Envelope + Liner Each suite comes with die-cut finishing and either foil or letterpress printing, depending on what suits your design best, this will be chosen in consultation with our trusted production partner to ensure the most luxurious result. Worldwide shipping is included.

What’s the turnaround time for custom projects?We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance of your desired print date. Luxe design experiences may need more time depending on the complexity. The design process itself typically takes 3–5 weeks, but we can always discuss your timeline if you're on a tighter schedule.

Do you offer envelope addressing or calligraphy?Yes! We offer hand-addressed envelopes with the following rates: • $350 USD for black ink (up to 100 names + addresses) • $500 USD for gold ink (up to 100 names + addresses)

What are your payment terms?Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. All bookings are non-refundable, but if something unexpected comes up, we’ll always do our best to reschedule.

How much information do you need before we start?Not much at all! As long as you’ve chosen your venue and have a rough idea of your event timeline, we can begin the design process. You don’t need final wording right away, we’ll explore the layout, color palette, and aesthetic together, and you’ll be able to update the text later through your editable Canva template.

Can I make changes after the design is complete?Small edits are welcome during the revision process. Once the final design is approved and sent to print, changes may require additional fees and reprinting.

Can I use your illustrations for my wedding website or digital materials?If you've commissioned a custom stationery suite, yes! You’re welcome to use your illustrations across your wedding website or digital materials. Just let us know how you plan to use them, and we’ll provide the appropriate file formats for digital use.

Can you create just one invitation or one menu design?Yes! We offer à la carte custom pieces starting at $350 USD for a single invitation or menu design.

Can I mix and match pieces from different packages?Absolutely! all packages are flexible. If you’d like to swap a Save the Date for a Rehearsal Dinner Card or remove an item, we can tailor it to fit your needs.

Can I book now and finalize the details later?Yes. You can secure your spot in the design calendar first, and we’ll begin once you're ready with your event details and moodboard.

Do you offer templates or more affordable options?Yes! We offer Ready-to-Print Canva Templates that are fully editable. You can easily change the text, fonts, and colors to match your theme. These are perfect for couples who want something beautiful and flexible on a budget. While the hand-painted illustrations are fixed, the rest is customizable with just a few clicks.
